A warm welcome to the Zippo Bed and Breakfast on the “Thalerhof”. Our bed and breakfast is located in the heart of the Upper Drau Valley outdoor park, in the Hohe Tauern National Park region. The beautiful Lake Weissensee, which at 920 metres above sea level, is the highest-lying lake for bathing in the Alps, is around 8 km from our house. It’s well worth a visit, as you will be taken by its nature and idyllic location.
The bathing lake (Greifenburg) and the flyers’ camp (for aeronautical sports) are situated 2 km from our house. We offer our guests bathing pleasure free of charge. Nature lovers, sports enthusiasts and families will feel comfortable in our outdoor arena.
Our Rooms
All of our rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi / W-LAN. A children’s bed is available at no extra cost. Bed linen and hand towels are provided, but you should bring your own towels for the lake and outdoor area. Use of the kitchen in our guest room is also included in the price.
